What is KBK Light Rail System

“The KBK light rail system is a modular, combined crane solution with flexible layout and strong expandability, enabling efficient and safe light duty material handling.”

The KBK light rail system is a modular combined crane system designed with standardized modules, mainly used for short-distance handling and precise positioning of materials inside workshops. By flexibly combining rails, suspension device, trolley, lifting mechanism and other components, this rail system can form various material handling solutions (monorail suspension system, double girder suspension crane, circular conveyor system).

Working Principle of the KBK Light Rail System

Materials are connected to the lifting mechanism via lifting attachments. The trolley moves horizontally along the rail, while the lifting mechanism performs vertical lifting, enabling efficient and continuous material transportation within confined spaces.

Detailed Structural Composition of the KBK Light Rail System

Rail system: Constructed from high strength cold-rolled steel or aluminum alloy rails, featuring light weight, high rigidity and low running resistance.

Suspension and support devices: The rail system is suspended from the workshop roof or mounted on independent support structures via lifting points, brackets or steel structures, maximizing space utilization.

Running trolley: Glides smoothly along the rail, capable of carrying hoists or lifting attachments to realize transverse or longitudinal movement.

Lifting mechanism: Equipped with chain hoist, suction cup or clamp to perform material lifting and lowering operations.

Product Advantages of the KBK Light Rail System

  • All components are standardized modules, which can be freely combined and expanded according to factory layout to meet different process requirements.

  • No complicated civil engineering foundation is required; on-site assembly allows immediate commissioning, greatly shortening project lead time.

  • The KBK crane is lightweight with low friction resistance, enabling easy manual or electric operation and reducing energy consumption.

  • Mature structural design ensures stable operation and low daily maintenance costs, making it suitable for long-term continuous use.

  • Supports ceiling suspension or column mounting, saving floor space and improving workshop utilization efficiency.

How to Select the Right KBK Light Crane

  • Rated load capacity (100kg - 2000kg)

  • Rail span and coverage area

  • Installation type (ceiling mounted or column mounted)

  • Requirement for automatic control or intelligent integration

  • Application environment (e.g. cleanroom, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof requirements)
