Instructions for use of KBK light crane:
1、 A lifting limiter must be installed for the lifting mechanism. When the hook pulley is lifted to the 300 mm lifting frame, the power of the motor can be actively blocked and the motor can be stopped. It is a safety device used to avoid collision of cranes near the end of the rail, or collision of two cranes on the same rail.
2、 The active interlocking device is a bridge crane with many bare wires passing through it. In order to avoid electric shock of maintenance personnel, it is necessary to install the active interlocking device on the cab door leading to the driver's vehicle. The damper is a safety device that absorbs energy when the crane collides with an object. It works after the crane brake and terminal switch fail. When the crane is connected to the rail end post, ensure that the crane is parked more smoothly.
3、 Brake, a device that stops the lifting equipment during lifting, translation and rotation and keeps the weight at any height. It can avoid accidents and meet operational requirements. Because the effect of the brake is very important to the crane, many accidents are usually caused by brake failure or hand tapping.
