Modular and flexible design

• Ring Track Layout: By freely splicing standard components such as straight rails, curved rails, and switches, a closed ring system can be constructed, supporting circular conveying and multi-station flow, making it particularly suitable for automated assembly lines.

• Flexible connection: KBK flexible ring track cranes track suspension adopts ball and socket hinge structure, which can absorb the impact force during operation and adapt to flexible support environments such as light steel workshops; but it is necessary to regularly check the bolts to prevent loosening (flexible design may cause deflection and shaking).

Technical parameters and performance

• Load Capacity: Rated load capacity ranges from 100kg to 2000kg, with span typically between 3 and 8 meters. For loads exceeding 500kg or spans exceeding 6 meters, a double-beam structure or electric drive is required to ensure stability.

• Lightweight operation: Track is made of cold-rolled steel or aluminum alloy (the new aluminum alloy track is more corrosion-resistant), equipped with a low-friction trolley, and is easy to push manually; the electric hoist supports smooth start and stop and precise positioning.
